Stimulating Color

Bright colors stimulate us.  Color affects human beings every day of our life, beginning during our earliest childhood.  Babies are obsessed with colors even with their limited eyesight.  Most often babies are so focused on the color that the actual object itself becomes secondary.  Babies respond more readily to bright primary colors than to pastel colors, and bright colors evoke positive emotions such as happiness, strength, and excitement.

Each color has a role in our lives and health:
RED - The color of power, vitality, motivation, strength
ORANGE - The color of confidence, energy, joy, warmth
YELLOW - The color of strength, intelligence, joy, happiness, optimism
GREEN - The color of balance, harmony, caring, tenacious self-reliance, healing
BLUE - The color of calmness, concentration, healing, relaxation, loyalty, trust
INDIGO - The color of soothing, power, connection with knowledge, idealism, introversion
VIOLET - The color of creativity, intuition, spirituality, self-awareness
